Spécifique aux conseillers en investissement participatif, un code crowdfunding a été créé au registre du commerce, a annoncé dimanche, la Commission d’organisation et de surveillance des opérations de Bourse (Cosob).
Il s’agit du code d’activité 612.212 créé au registre du commerce pour exercer l’activité du conseiller en investissement participatif, conformément à l’arrêté du ministre des Finances daté le 4 septembre 2023 portant approbation du Règlement de la Cosob n 23-01 du 12 avril 2023 qui fixe les conditions d’agrément et d’exercice des conseillers en investissement participatif, explique la même source.
La Cosob fait observer aussi que cette activité « est une activité organisée soumise à l’agrément préalable de la commission », et qu’une plateforme électronique spéciale a été mise en place pour le dépôt des demandes d’agréments à l’adresse www.crowdfunding.dz.
Pour rappel, l’activité principale du conseiller en investissement participatif est de créer et de gérer des plateformes de conseil en ligne dans le domaine de l’investissement participatif, et d’investir des fonds publics dans des projets d’investissement participatif.
Les fonds investis dans un projet d’investissement participatif prennent la forme de souscription à des valeurs mobilières ou à des produits financiers émis par le propriétaire du projet d’investissement participatif.
