La numérisation bat son plein dans le secteur de l’enseignement supérieur. L’université s’est dotée, hier, de 11 plates-formes numériques dont le domaine des services et la gouvernance : une mesure qui s’appuie sur des solutions d’intelligence artificielle. Il s’agit d’un chatboat dédié à répondre aux préoccupations des étudiants. « Ce chatboat algérien a été programmé à répondre à 500 questions » comme révélé par le premier responsable du secteur Kamel Baddari.
Le ministre intervenait à l’occasion de la journée dédiée à la numérisation du secteur, baptisée le «launch day», (la journée du lancement), a affirmé que la numérisation est un pilier central des activités modernes du secteur et avec ces 11 plates-formes nous avons atteint les objectifs du schéma directeur du numérique du département».
La tutelle dispose ainsi, aujourd’hui, de 46 plates-formes numériques, dont 42 sont dédiées au volet pédagogique et de recherche des étudiants, et 4 autres outils numériques concernent la vie de l’étudiant. Le ministre a donné, hier, le coup de starter pour le lancement d’autres plates-forme dédiées au comptage des repas fournis dans les résidences universitaires, et à la surveillance des étudiants qui y résident. « Le déploiement de ces plates-formes permettra de doter les acteurs de l’activité universitaire de l’outil numérique dans le but de simplifier leur intervention et leur demande, et cela va permettre au secteur d’être plus efficace et rationnel,» a ajouté le ministre. «Aussi, la numérisation qui est le pilier central des activités modernes du secteur permettra » a-t-il poursuivi « à l’université algérienne d’être plus attractive à, l’échelle national et même international ».
