NEW YORK (ONU) – Le ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Communauté nationale à l’étranger, Ramtane Lamamra, s’est entretenu lundi à New York avec son homologue sahraoui, Mohamed Salem Ould Salek, sur les derniers développements de la question sahraouie.
« Nous avons eu des concertations avec le ministre des Affaires étrangères de la République sahraouie, Mohamed Salem Ould Salek, lors desquelles nous avons abordé les derniers développements de la question sahraouie et les efforts consentis pour la reprise des négociations directes entre les deux parties au conflit afin de permettre au peuple sahraoui d’exercer son droit inaliénable à l’autodétermination et à l’indépendance », a tweeté M. Lamamra.
La rencontre a eu lieu en marge des travaux du segment de haut niveau de la 76e session de l’Assemblée générale des Nations Unies qui ont pris fin lundi à New York.
L’Algérie, par la voix de son chef de la diplomatie, a réaffirmé lundi à New York son soutien au droit inaliénable du peuple sahraoui à l’autodétermination.
