Le 19ème festival national du théâtre pour enfants s’est ouvert dimanche à la maison de la culture Malek-Haddad de Constantine avec la participation de seize troupes représentant 16 wilayas du pays. Ce festival entre dans le cadre du développement des activités théâtrales en direction des enfants qui a marqué une pause depuis plusieurs années faute d’un soutien moral et matériel des troupes, des écrivains et des scénaristes.
La relance de cette activité spécifique va contribuer à élever le niveau qualitatif des prestations et l’utilisation de cet art dans, à des fins culturelles et pédagogiques. Seules 16 troupes représentant 16 wilayas ont répondu présentes, ce qui dénote que le chemin est encore long pour généraliser cette pratique aux 58 wilayas, que compte notre pays.
