Le nouveau roman de Yasmina Khadra, intitulé Les Vertueux, paraîtra chez les éditions Mialet-Barrault ayant déjà édité son dernier livre Pour L’Amour d’Elena, en France et bien sûr, paraîtra chez Casbah Editions, en Algérie. D’après la couverture du roman Les Vertueux et la légende de l’auteur, Yasmina Khadra, c’est un roman se déroulant à Oran durant la colonisation française. Yasmina Khadra, de son vrai nom, Mohammed Moulessehoul, est consacré à deux reprises par l’Académie française, salué par des prix Nobel (Gabriel Garcia Marquez, J. M. Coetze, Orhan Pamuk).
Traduit dans une cinquantaine de pays, il a su toucher des millions de lecteurs. Adaptés au théâtre (en Amérique latine, Europe et Afrique) et en bandes dessinées, certains de ses livres sont aussi portés à l’écran (Morituri, Ce que le jour doit à la nuit, L’Attentat…).
