Le projet de phosphate intégré à Tébessa est en train de connaître une bonne dynamique. La mise en place d’un groupe de travail conjoint entre les secteurs des mines et de la culture pour protéger les ruines, renseigne sur l’état d’avancement du projet et de sa concrétisation.
À ce propos, les deux secteurs ont «convenu de la mise en place de ce groupe de travail, lors d’une réunion de coordination présidée par le ministre de l’Énergie et des Mines, Mohamed Arkab, et la ministre de la Culture et des Arts, Soraya Mouloudji, en présence du P-DG du Groupe minier Manadjim El Djazair, du P-DG du Groupe Asmidal et du président de l’Agence nationale des activités minières (Anam)», a affirmé le communiqué du ministère de l’Énergie et des Mines.
L’importance de ce projet algéro-chinois fait que toute démarche d’exploitation de la mine de phosphate soit balisée pour la réunion, selon le communiqué porté sur «la concrétisation du projet intégré d’exploitation et de transformation du phosphate, et la protection du patrimoine culturel matériel se trouvant sur les sites du projet à l’instar de celui de Bled El Hadba dans la commune de Bir-El-Ater (Tébessa)», selon le ministère de l’Énergie et des Mines.
